Weekly Status Report: 2019-09-01

This week has been dedicated to writing the specifications for our new installation system, Project Horizon. We are happy to announce that the final edition of the Vision Document for Horizon has been completed Saturday, and the formal Requirements Specification is being actively written.

Horizon

The Vision Document has been finished, and work has commenced on the Requirements Specification. Many of our community members have pointed out issues or typos. Jeremy Rand of Namecoin provided thoughts on a better flow for allowing users to choose whether or not they desire to use non-libre firmware for wireless or GPU devices.
